Sarah is a professional middle-distance runner where she predominantly competes in the 800 and 1500 metres. Hailing from Newcastle, she now calls Birmingham home, where she studied medicine at Birmingham University. With 14 years of experience as an athlete and 7 years of experience as a professional athlete, Sarah brings a unique and unequaled perspective to the coaching world. Her impressive athletic career includes representing her country at the 2017 World Championships, reaching the final at the 2016 European Championships and 2017 European Indoor Championships, becoming British Indoor Champion in 2017 over the 1500m, winning the English 800m title in 2016, winning team gold in the inaugural mixed relay at the European Cross Country Championships in 2017, representing England in the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast and reaching the 1500m Final, becoming British outdoor Champion over 1500m and reaching the Semi-Final of the World Championships in Doha in 2019, and winning gold at the European Cross-Country in the mixed relay.
