Aly joins the team with 31 years and counting experience as a runner, 11 years as an international athlete and 20 years and counting coaching experience from coaching in schools all the way through to an international level.

With a hugely decorated career as an athlete across various distances, her most recognised achievements include competing at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, six World Championships, three European Championships, two Commonwealth Games and being crowned the British Marathon Champion twice.
She holds a stellar personal best in the marathon of 2:29 which ranks her inside the top-20 all-time British rankings for the women’s marathon and most recently broke the 50km World Record when she won the 2019 50km World Championships in a time of 3 hours 7 minutes 20 seconds in Romania.
Amongst these incredible athletic achievements, Aly also holds the Guinness World Record for the fastest half marathon whilst dressed as a superhero where she ran 78:26 just a week after breaking the 50km World Record.
