Team Project Run was established in 2017 by Head Coach Lloyd Kempson. The vision is not only to help you reach your personal goals with bespoke training but also to help you understand the mental, physical and social benefits that running can bring you.

With over 1000 training cycles coached between the coaches, we hold the experience required to conquer any challenge that comes our way with your running journey. In a team of over 100 athletes, we have members that work in all sectors, all have different lifestyles, different needs and different requirements. This is where the 1-2-1 coaching style comes into its own and our results speak for themselves.
A factor close to our hearts is the relationship that is essential to succeed between the coach and the individual. Regardless of your ability or exercise history, a coach is more than someone giving you the workouts to do. Lloyd will express the utter gratitude he has for the influences he has met from around the world, that has taught him not only how to run and how to run faster, how to lift correctly, how to eat to enhance performance and maximize recovery but also how to be a better person and how to enjoy a healthy balance
