Team Project Run was established in 2017 by Head Coach Lloyd Kempson. The vision is not only to help you reach your personal goals with bespoke training but also to help you understand the mental, physical and social benefits that running can bring you.

Lloyd Kempson

With over 16 years and counting experience as an athlete over events ranging from 800-marathon in competitions ranging from club level up to national championships, Lloyd has returned to the UK after a spell living and training full time in Sydney, Australia.

Ross Murray

In 2020 we’re delighted to add Ross Murray to the TPR coaching staff. We’ve decided to bring Ross on board for a variety of reasons. Ross comes with a background of knowledge and experience from grassroots club athletics, to the highest stage of them all, The Olympic Games.
